Bereavement It is normal to feel angry, sad or lonely when a loved one dies or leaves. Even the loss of a pet can have a major psychological effect. Working through your feelings with a therapist can help you come to terms with your loss.

Everyone processes Bereavement in their own way, this can become confusing and could give you feelings like "your not normal" or "this isn't healthy" however talking about your grief and loss can not only help you understand what you are going through but also helps you to accept the situation allowing for you to cope better in your life and with your life. Something I feel that most are unaware of is that you don't have to of lost a loved one to experience the stages of grief, you could also experience these stages from the loss of a relationship or a job for example.
Talking to a Counsellor can help you and there's nothing to be afraid of....it's JustJack
