Do you feel Lonely? Have you considered how those around you might be feeling alone? Loneliness is a killer and extremely underestimated, the effects of feeling alone can be crippling and result in suicide, so reach out and talk to someone, and if you're lucky enough to not be feeling isolated and alone then do your bit make sure your checking in with mates, family, neighbours from time to time, as just giving someone 2 mins of your time can make a huge difference.
Sexual Harassment at work
If there’s one thing I cannot stand it’s bullies, sexual predators and people abusing their power. As a Counsellor I deal with far too often victims who feel like they are to blame for a manager abusing their position, relying on the fact that the victim is too scared to say anything for fear of losing their job, a job they need to put food on the table. This sexual predatory behaviour has to STOP and has to be challenged, otherwise where does it stop? If you are the predator then you need counselling as there is a reason your behaving in such an acceptable manor, if your the victim then you will also benefit from counselling and the fact that YOUR NOT TO BLAME validated.
