Unfortunately there is still a stigma around having counselling.
So when I receive feedback it means so much more, especially when I know that people speaking out helps so many other people reach out.

The conversations we had stick in my mind and help me through moments, especially after the year I've had".โ

My sessions with Jack came
at a fairly critical point for me,
and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful.
His direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address
head-on, which I really needed and appreciated.
Jack also helped me navigate obstacles,
I'm happier as a result.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

“Our family, like so many others, has struggled during lockdown. Our teenage boys have struggled with anxiety, drug misuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. We have struggled with their aggressive behaviour towards ourselves and the home. All of which have caused a breakdown in our family relationships.
Jack has been helping us work through everything. He has spent time getting to know us all, our complex situation, building excellent relationships with our two teenagers, working with us as a family unit and on a 1:1 basis.
Setting goals for us to work towards
and helping us reach them.
He's been right there with us when we've had to manage crisis situations.
Work is still ongoing but we have seen progress and change and that is down to Jack and his skills as a counsellor.
He's got so much experience,
is so understanding and above all is incredibly supportive.
If you are struggling, don't wait, get in touch with Jack,
he really can help and we cannot recommend him
highly enough”.

Credit to yourself too for getting me in a better place.
As I was at my lowest ever!
I will be checking in
every so often
as I think it's good for the mind 'to keep on track'.

I've always considered myself to be a very strong independent woman, a person who held her family together until it all came crashing down and I couldn't process my thoughts...
Jack is not your average perceived councillor he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, it's like catching up with a friend everything is so relaxed to the extent I had my counselling sessions in my car as its where I felt most comfortable. Jack helped me to find my way again and put the jigsaw of my life back together again and for that I can't thank him enough.
