“Our family, like so many others, has struggled during lockdown. Our teenage boys have struggled with anxiety, drug misuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. We have struggled with their aggressive behaviour towards ourselves and the home. All of which have caused a breakdown in our family relationships.
Jack has been helping us work through everything. He has spent time getting to know us all, our complex situation, building excellent relationships with our two teenagers, working with us as a family unit and on a 1:1 basis.
Setting goals for us to work towards
and helping us reach them.

"When I met Jack I was at an extremely low point in my life, after going through many counselors and counseling sessions none of which having worked I thought it was hopeless, Jack was the first counselor that actually worked. He listened to me and helped me to work through the tough times I had been through, allowing me to let the past be the past but also giving me the tools and techniques to deal with these situations if they happened in the future. I have used said tools and techniques many times since the days of my sessions with Jack and my life has only gotten better, my interactions with the world and people around me are much more positive and I've grown so much as a person.
