Pregnancy related issues
The experience of pregnancy, whether planned or unplanned, can be confusing and stressful, and may cause mixed feelings. For example, you may have concerns about how it could change your relationships. Therapy can help you understand your feelings towards your pregnancy, or explore difficult emotions following a miscarriage, stillbirth or termination.

Regardless if it's your first pregnancy or tenth you may experience different feelings and emotions each time, talking through these feelings and emotions can help you cope better. Equally you don't have to be the one that is actually pregnant to experience negative feelings and emotions, how the new born will effect your life, your relationship, your finances or you may not feel "ready" to be a parent for example. Talking to a counsellor can help with all this and a lot more.
