Financial debt If you have financial problems, you should seek financial advice as soon as possible. But it can also be helpful to discuss the emotional difficulties that debt may raise with a therapist.

Financial debt can be crippling, we can lose sleep from constantly worrying about losing the family home, the car or even not having enough money to pay the bills or feed our family. We can feel like a failure which will affect our self esteem, our confidence and self worth which in turn can have a negative impact and place you on a downward spiral, we ignore the phone calls and put the letters on the fire (unopened) however the problem doesn't improve in fact it just gets worse. Debt is one of the most stressful things in our lives which is why we need to act fast and not bury our heads in the sand.
Having counselling can not only help you cope with how all this and more is effecting you, how its making you feel but it can also go a long way to helping you to put things in perspective and start to do something about it. How we feel about any and all situations effects how we deal with and cope with them.
