Bullying is when other people have the power to cause you pain and distress through abuse, threats and intimidation. It can include emotional, physical, verbal and cyber bullying and can happen at all ages - in families, education and at work. Therapy can be helpful for both the victim and the bully.

Bullying is such a massive topic nowadays thanks to the raising of awareness. Bullying is not just in schools, its also found in relationships, in families, in friendships, in your place of work and so on, basically bullying can be found anywhere and can have devastating effects on people and those around them.
Bullying is NOT acceptable behaviour I think we all know that nowadays however if you are being bullied or even if you think that maybe you yourself are bullying others then talking about it to a counsellor can help you and those around you.
